How To Book An Event
So, you've decided to have an event at The Macon Centreplex, but now aren’t sure how to go about getting started? Well, it’s really very simple. Just pick up the phone and call us. After asking you a few easy questions such as your space and date requirements, we will look on our books to see if we can accommodate you. If available, we will be happy to put a "hold" on the agreed upon space and dates and will prepare a contract for you. A deposit will be requested upon signing of the contract. Once the signed contract and deposit are received, your event will be "confirmed" and an event coordinator will contact you for event set-up details, etc.

Tell us your space and date requirements.
Give pertinent information such as name and address for agreed upon date and space to be put on "hold".
Review, sign and return contract sent to you.
Send required deposit back with signed contract.
Speak with your assigned event coordinator regarding specific event set-up and details.
